01.Terms of use

This document is an official offer of Martaby LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) and contains all the essential conditions for the provision of promotion services in the social networks. Carefully read the text of Terms of Service and the information on the services provided and the price list. If you do not agree with any clause of the offer, the Contractor offers you to refuse to use the services.

02.Governing Law

For improper fulfillment of obligations under these Terms of Service, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The contract enters into force from the moment of acceptance of the offer and is valid until the Parties fulfill their obligations. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through

03.Rights and obligations of the User

According to the license the User has the following rights and obligations:

3.1Ordering Services on the Site, the User is prohibited to place orders for similar services simultaneously on other websites. The Contractor is not responsible for any adverse consequences for the User in case of parallel ordering of services on other websites.

3.2The User is entitled to temporarily download the materials from the Website of Martaby.

3.3The User is entitled to use the services of the Website of Martaby for personal purposes only.

3.4The User is prohibited to transfer the materials received from the Website to the third parties.

04.Warranties

According to the license the User has the following rights and obligations:

4.1We guarantee fulfillment of our obligations for the selected services, but we do not guarantee that new subscribers will interact with the User or meet any other expectations.

4.2In case of any adverse consequences for the User during or after the provision of Services, the Contractor does not bear any responsibility for such consequences.

06.Payment for Services

The Contractor is not liable for any damages, loss of profits or data of the User. Website promotion carries the risk of the site getting under the filter, therefore, the Contractor is not responsible in this case, the Users must control the safe number of links placed themselves, depending on the characteristics of the domain

04.Warranties

6.1The promotion services are provided to the User after 100% settlement.

6.2The payment can be made using PayPal’s secure system or a verified payment gateway including bank cards, electronic payment systems, cryptocurrencies.

6.3The Contractor is entitled to change the prices of the Services indicated on the Site unilaterally at any time. The price of the Service that has already been ordered is not subject to alteration.

07.Revisions and inaccuracies

7.1Martaby is not liable for any technical or typographical errors or inaccuracies that can appear on the Website.

7.2The Contractor can introduce changes to the content of the Website without any written or oral notifications to the User. However, is in no case obliged to change or update the materials available on the Website.

08.Procedure and conditions for the provision of Services

8.1Martaby is in no case affiliated with any social network or other third parties.

8.2We do not bear any responsibility if the account of the User is banned on the social networks. The User orders our services at the own risk.

8.3The order of Services is carried out by placing an order on the Website.

8.4When ordering Services on the Website, the User agrees to the procedure and conditions for the provision of Services indicated below.

8.5The Website is designed to familiarize users with information about the Services and order them via the Internet. The Civil Code regulates the relationship between the User and the Contractor.

8.6The range of Services presented on the Website, description, price, and other conditions are valid at the time of their placement and may be changed by the Contractor without prior notice to the User.

8.7The user is fully responsible for providing incorrect information, which made it impossible for the Contractor to properly fulfill the obligations.

8.8We are entitled to change any information on the Website without notice to the Users.

8.9The Users are obliged to check if there have been introduced any amendments to the Website before making an order.

8.10When placing an order for Services, the User confirms that he/she is familiar with the algorithms of the social networks and orders the exact amount of Services that will not harm his/her account.

09.Refunds

In case if the services have not been provided due to the fault of the Contractor, the Contractor undertakes to refund the money paid by the User. The Users who are dissatisfied with the provided services shall request a refund in a written form. In other cases, the refund is not made.
