Sales Administrator (Toyota Department) 2-years maternity leave position

Requirements:

  1. University Degree (preferably philological)
  2. Advanced English (written skills)
  3. Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:

  1. Support of sales documents turnover to secure proper procedures;
  2. Miscellaneous (invoice tracking & processing, various misc ordering and distribution to regions, arrangements etc);
  3. Sales Contract preparation and negotiations with Ukrainian customers;
  4. Purchase Contract preparation and negotiation with Ukrainian and overseas suppliers;
  5. Reporting:Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual and other reporting to Sales Manager, Director, mother company's executives and Manufactures;
  6. Sales Coordination:Contract execution control (everything from signing to delivery and payment receipt);
  7. Support of sales representatives' activity through verbal and written communication to customers, overseas partners and others;
  8. Activity registration in company's business information systems (currently 1C);
  9. Equipment order board & order monitor;
  10. Sales team performance control & alarm;
  11. Payment Control;
  12. Overdue Control;
  13. Incoming inquiry registration and distribution;
  14. Other Resolving complicated situations which are not according to standard business process;
  15. Other issues related to performance of sales team.
